I know, some people are using dual boot but guys using dual boot is not good all time so use this method to use more than one os in a laptop or in a pc



First, let me explain what is a virtual box?
Guys we all know about cloud storage ...like google drive, media fire etc like this the virtual box works in virtual box we can install any os (operating system) like mac, windows, ubuntu, anonymous, parrot etc... you can use them in one laptop without dual boot or etc blablabla...so today in this video we will going to install Unix (Kali Linux) in virtual box but wait you need an application named virtual box and you need these system requirements





Os:- windows10, win8, win 7
Ram:- 2 Gb minimum 8 Gb recommended
Storage:- 30 Gb
Etc:- stable speed internet connection that'll after that just install by following this method




1. The first jump to a website of oracle virtual box then select windows hosts if you have windows laptop or pc after that install virtual box software in your laptop after that download iso file which you want to use in a virtual box ...for example, I want to run kali in vbox (virtual box) so i will download kali64 bit from its official website so if u are willing to use kali then download it from its official website of kali.org the size of iso file is bigger around like 3.0 Gb so you have to download it

after downloading you will get the .zip file so don't extract is just cut and paste it in the home screen of your laptop after completing that just follow below steps...



2. Open virtual box application and wait for it to open and make sure you are connected to the internet after that just click on New in virtual box page after that a new window appears Name and operating system in that window you have to fill this





Name:- anything that you like
Type:- select Linux if you are going to install kali in it
Version:- if your pc is 32bit the select Debian (32-bit) or if your pc is 64bit then select Debian (64-bit) after doing all just tap on Next




3. After that a new window appears memory size named in that window you have to select at least 1024 ( 1Gb ram ) or more than that as u wish after that tap on next



4. After that, a new window appears Hard disk named in that just select Create a virtual hard disk now after that just tap on Next



5. After that, a new window appears Hard disk file type in that just select VDI (VirtualDisk Image) after that just tap on Next



6. After that, a new window appears Storage on a physical hard disk in that just select Dynamically allocated after that tap on Next



7. After that, a new window appears File location and size named in that just click on the folder icon and select a drive in which you want to save virtual files after that select storage at least 20 Gb after that just tap on Create



8. After that you can see a Debian logo appears in left side of vbox just right-click on that Debian logo and select settings after clicking it wait for second after that a new window opens Settings named in that just select Storage after that just click on Empty at right side you can see Optical Drive opposite to it there is a Cd icon just click it after that just select Choose Virtual Optical Disk File just click on it and you can see windows explorer has been now opened now. in that just select iso file of Linux which you download ed from kali.org web after selecting just tap on open after that, you can see virtual box home page



9. After that just select Debian image and just click on green colored start arrow at the top of a window after that you can see the Kali Linux window in vbox (virtual box) in that just select Graphical Install and press Enter button in keyboard after that loading will be started after loading completely a new window appears Select language named in that page just select English or any language which you can understand after that just click on Continue after that a new window appears

Select your location named in that you have to select your country and click on Continue after that a new window appears to Configure the keyboard named in that you have to select American English after that click on Continue after that a loading starts it took some time to complete so wait for it after that a new window appears to Configure the network named in that you can see Hostname just type Kali in that empty place and click on Continue.



10. After that, a new page appears don't do anything on that page just click on Continue.



11. After that, a new page appears Set up users and passwords named in that you have to put password as root and re-enter same password root after that just click on Continue.



12. After that, a new page appears Partition disks named in that just select Guided-use entire disk after that click on Continue.



13. After that, a new window appears don't do anything in that just click on Continue.



14. After that, a new window appears Partin disks named in that just click on All files in one partition after that click on Continue.



15. After that, a new window appears Partition disks named in that just select Finish partition and write changes to disk after that just click on Continue.



16. After that, a new window appears in that just click on Yes and click on Continue after that a loading starts it took more time like 20-30 mins to wait for it.



17. After installation completes after that a new window appears to Configure the package manager named in that just select Yes and click on Continue.



18. After that, a new window appears just click on Continue.



19. After that, a new window appears to Configure the package manager named in that loading starts so wait for it to complete.



20. After a new window appears to install the Grub bootloader on hard disk named the installation process take some time like 8 mins to wait for it to complete after another window appears in that just select Yes and click on Continue after that another window open in that just select /dev/sda (ata-vbox_HARDDISK_VBb2f23291-a5338dec) after that click on Continue.



21. After that, another window appears in that the installation of GRUB bootloader will be started so wait until the installation finish it took 5 mins.



22. After that Kali Linux window will appear automatically now in that put username as root and put password as root or kali after that you can see kali Linux os in your laptop now you can use any tool in that.



23. And after all, if you want to quit vbox then click on x button at the corner and. Click on power off a machine or save machine state.



24. And if you want to delete Linux in vbox then just come to the home page of vbox and right click on an icon of Debain and click delete that's all now Linux will be deleted within seconds.



25. And if you want to open Linux in vbox after some time then just open vbox and select Debian image and just click on green start arrow at top of a window now Linux starts to run automatically...
